Heston Blumenthal has been in in the country promoting his very flash new barbecue, the Everdure 4K, so we lured him into our Park Street studios using table-tennis (his current other key obsession) as bait. The conversation started with grilling but, as is ever the case with someone as boundlessly curious as Blumenthal, quickly roamed away from the barbecue to the wider world, the nadir of molecular gastronomy, life in his 50s, and beyond.
